Privacy
Short version: we hold your photograph and the details you type for 30 days so you can download your files, then we delete them automatically. We do not sell anything to anyone.

What we never see
Your card details. Payment is taken on our payment provider's own secure checkout; card numbers never reach our servers.
Your photograph
When you upload a photo we re-encode it, which strips the metadata cameras and phones attach — including GPS coordinates. We use it only to produce your files. It is never used for marketing, never shown to anyone else, and is deleted with the rest of your order.
Who else is involved
- Our payment provider handles the checkout and is the merchant of record. They have their own privacy policy covering the payment.
- Our email provider delivers your download link and receipt.
- Our hosting provider runs the servers.
That is the entire list. There are no advertising trackers, no data brokers and no third-party pixels on this site.
Deleting your data sooner
Email hello@funeraltemplate.com with your order number and we will delete the order and photograph immediately. Once deleted your download links stop working, so download your files first.
Cookies
We set no cookies for visitors. The only cookie on this site is a sign-in cookie on the private admin area, which the public never receives.

Email delivery
We send exactly two kinds of email: your receipt with the download link, and a copy of that link if you ask for it on the resend page. Nothing else, ever, and we do not add you to a list. Because these emails come from an automated address, some providers put them in the spam or junk folder — please check there first and mark the message as safe.
